Latest News: 3M Military Hearing Loss

KP Law is proud to stand beside British military personnel in a high-profile class action lawsuit against multinational conglomerate 3M. The case centres around defective earplugs—specifically, the Dual-Ended Combat Arms Earplugs—supplied to soldiers between 2003 and 2015. These earplugs, originally manufactured by Aearo Technologies (acquired by 3M), were intended to protect users from harmful battlefield noise while allowing them to hear commands. However, they failed to provide adequate protection, allegedly exposing service members to irreversible hearing damage.

Hundreds of UK veterans have come forward, echoing a lawsuit that has already seen 3M agree to a $6 billion settlement in the United States. KP Law is now playing a pivotal role in bringing justice to those affected in the UK, helping veterans pursue compensation for injuries they sustained while serving their country.
