We launched an investigation into a ransomware attack at Gibson & Co

At the end of 2023, law firm Gibson & Co experienced a potentially serious data breach following a ransomware attack. We launched an investigation into this incident, and we are considering a no-win, no-fee group action claim to help victims of this breach claim compensation.  

Lucy Burrows commented on the UK-US data bridge in IT Pro

Associate Lucy Burrows provided insight on the UK-US data bridge and discussed the potential for legal challenges in IT Pro. Lucy’s comments were published in IT Pro and can be found here.
