About this report

KP Law is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). 

SRA regulated firms are required to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce every two years.

The SRA uses this data to understand and promote diversity in the profession, and to monitor the diversity impact of the changes it makes.

The below is a summary of the responses collected from KP Law’s 2025 survey. Of the 118 employees at time of the survey opening, 85 people completed the survey – equating to a response rate of 72%. Due to this, the results are not a complete representation of the firm however has given us a good understanding of what the firm’s diversity looks like.
