Following a carriage dispute between Mr Kaye KC and Dr Or Brook, the proposed class representatives have reached an agreement to consolidate the two claims. Mr Kaye KC has agreed to stay his claim whilst Dr Brook’s £5 billion consolidated claim will continue, with Mr Kaye KC assisting Dr Brook in this claim.
