The High Court made a Group Litigation Order on 10 June 2026 in relation to the Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder Litigation.

Baby Powder is a talc based cosmetic product that was sold within the United Kingdom between 1925 and 2023.

This group action is brought by women and men claiming that Baby Powder has caused injury, in the form of mesothelioma and cancers of the epithelium of the ovaries, fallopian tube, and peritoneum. The group action concerns products supplied for sale in the United Kingdom in and after 1965. Claims are also brought by the relatives of deceased who died from these conditions.

The Court appointed KP Law Limited as the Lead Solicitors to the group action.

It is important that you contact the Lead Solicitors as soon as possible as delay may prejudice your potential claim. The cut-off date for issuing Claim Forms is 4pm on 18 January 2027, the Claim Forms must be served within 7 days of the Claimant receiving the sealed Claim Form from the Court and the cut-off date for entering new claims on the Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder Litigation Group Register is 4pm on 22 March 2027.
