Our data privacy team launched several group actions/investigations:

  • The Metropolitan Police experienced a data breach after hackers gained access to the systems of one of the force’s suppliers. 
  • London-based BPP University was hit by cybercriminals. 
  • Succession Wealth – a UK-based wealth management and financial planning specialist – also experienced a cyber-attack.
